Listed below are Silent Attack Gaming's Clan Rules - updated 22 February 2010.

1 - SAGs Server Rules

1.a - General Public Rules (GPR)
i) No sexist/homophobic comments - this will result in an instant kick, followed by a ban if it repetedly happens.
ii) No racist comments - instant ban for 1 week from all servers.
iii) Abusing other people who play is not acceptable - you will get a warning, followed by a kick or a ban. (depending on seriousness.)
iv) No hacking/cheating/exploiting - this is an instant and permanant ban from all servers. You will also be reported to SteamBans.
v) Rates no lower than 30 and no higher than 100. - You will be told to change accordingly and then kicked with failure to do so.
vi) No camping/grenade spamming or the like - Admins will have the chance to bombard you with fun commands until you stop.

1.b - Admin Rules (AR)
i) Everybody is given admin on SAGs public servers. You are expected to maintain a formal and helpful attitude towards dealing with rule-breakers and players. If you turn out to be a rule-breaker yourself (admin abuse/GPR) you will have your admin removed. If you are lucky enough to get your admin back, and you commit further admin abuse, you will be banned from all servers and kicked from SAG.
ii) In order to recieve admin, you must register at http://banned.silent-attack.eu - you cannot get admin without registering your account/email address/steam ID on this website.
iii) Be normal. Players are engouraged to report admin abusers to www.silent-attack.eu so we can maintain the good repuration SAG holds, and remove the naughty ones. If you can show that you can have a laugh with others, and are not just a stubborn power-hungry idiot, then people will like you alot more, and look forward to playing with you on the server.

1.c - Rcon Password Users
i) If you possess the Rcon password for any SAG servers, you must not tell anybody. The leaders have trusted you with it, and if you go ruining our servers, or the person you told does, you have shown us that you can not be a trusted member. You will be banned from all servers, have any admin removed, and you will also be kicked from SAG. It will happen before you could say sorry.
ii) Only use the powers of rcon if you cannot do something in Mani. Do not be afraid to. If you've been given the rcon password then obviously we expect you to put it to good use. But mani is much easier, quicker and generally more user friendly, so if you can do it in mani, there's no need to use Rcon.

2 - SAGs Website and Steam Group Rules

2.a - Website
i) The website is a resourceful place where you can find information on upcoming events such as cups or funwars within SAG. You can also find information and links to websites such as ESL, and any upcoming ladders or other events outwith SAG. News posts will be posted regularly by the management to inform you of any news. If anybody is found abusing their admin, then obviously it will be removed and you will be banned from the website as much as possible.

ii) For those who just read the news, chill on the forums and the like - there are to be no nasty comments placed on any news posts. Remember, we know your username, and it's easy to stop you. If you thought you were smart and you logged out first, we can still see your IP address, and can banish you easily. Your comment will be deleted after action has been taken.

2.b - Steam Group
i) Almost all of the time, any news posted on the website will be projected to the Steam group. You might get a little announcement telling you to read on on the website, and if so, do read on, because I'm sure you all like to be informed of what is going on. I know I do.

ii) Once again, all hurtful comments will be removed, and unfortunately, you can't post annonymously on Steam like you can on a website. If you are found to be spamming the hell out of everybody in the SAG Groups via events or announcements, we will consider removing your admin on the servers, website, and obviously Steam as well.

Now that you've read War and Peace 2, I will just tell you that we mean what we say in these rules. If it seems harsh, it probably is. But then again, the majority - if not all of you - prefer it the nice way. If you just remember where you stand and obey these rules everything will be fine and nothing will be done about you whatsoever.
